--Position: Superintendent

--Location: North Carolina (Charlotte to Raleigh typically)

--Company: General Contractor

--Responsibilities: The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing construction operations for commercial projects. This person will work closely with construction employees and subcontractors, as well as with clients, to ensure jobs are completed up to standards and on-time. The Superintendent will work with the entire team to communicate effectively with vendors, sub contractors, project managers and everyone involved in the project they are assigned to. This person will be responsible for ensuring necessary materials are on hand and projects stay within budget as well

--Requirements:

--5+ years experience as Foreman or Superintendent for a General Contractor

--Ability to do hands-on work as needed on job sites

--Experience working with sub-contractors

--Strong communication skills and experience interfacing with clients

--Computer skills needed
