Shipping Operator (Sit-Down forklift exp)

Employment Solutions is currently seeking a Shipping Operator to join a manufacturing company in the Miramar area. The ideal candidate is highly energetic, detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with experience supporting warehouse and packaging operations and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1-2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry
• Experience with sit-down forklift
• Experience with order picking and inventory handling
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, or extended shifts as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without restriction
• Experience operating a forklift and other warehouse equipment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

• Pick and process work orders using handheld scanners
• Organize and maintain inventory within assigned bin locations
• Accurately place materials in designated warehouse locations
• Perform cycle counts for components, raw materials, bulk goods, and finished products
• Conduct physical inventory counts as requested by management and submit results in a timely manner
• Assist in maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness
• Perform general warehouse duties as assigned
• Adhere to company safety policies related to material handling, forklift operation, and equipment use
• Follow company security procedures to protect merchandise, equipment, and company assets
• Conduct daily forklift inspections and ensure proper equipment use
• Participate in periodic warehouse inventory counts as needed
• Support shipping and receiving operations
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
