Cabinet Finisher/Sprayer

We are a well established custom cabinet shop specializing in quality woodworks and products for residential projects. We take great pride in our product, customers, and team!  We are currently seeking an experienced Cabinet Finisher to work in our booth. 

Required:  

• PRIOR WOOD FINISHING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
• PRIOR SPRAY GUN EXPERIENCE & EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED.
• Attention to detail and quality of work produced.
• Must multi-task and work as a team
• Ability to learn to spray to a color/quality standard.
• Ability to work in an organized manner to ensure the task is completed efficiently, to the correct standard, and in the necessary time frame.
• Ability to work independently if needed.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Working knowledge of paint equipment and application.
• Have the ability to determine paint flow, viscosity, and coating quality by performing a visual inspection.
• Maintain equipment to ensure they are operating efficiently.
• Minimize waste of raw materials as well as work in a clean and tidy manner.
• Must be self-motivated with an eye for detail and steady hand-to-eye coordination.

We are a well-established custom cabinet company looking for a full-time cabinet finisher. This position be responsible for finishing a variety of cabinet parts and components. The finisher/sprayer will also set up, operate, and maintain spray guns/machines, as well as prepping, staining, and any finish work needed.
