Job Description
Suwanee, Georgia: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking an Inside Sales Support Specialist to provide sales and customer support within an industrial distribution environment. This role is responsible for managing quotes, purchase orders, order processing, customer communications, and coordination with operations, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products and services. Experience within the abrasives, sandblasting, dust collection, blasting equipment, or air compressor industries is strongly preferred.
Essential Duties:
• Support inside sales activities including quote preparation, order entry, purchase order processing, and order tracking
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders
• Manage purchasing support functions and monitor purchase orders through completion
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order status updates, and issue resolution
• Work closely with logistics, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and on-time delivery
• Prepare product quotations and assist customers with product selection and order requirements
• Maintain accurate customer, inventory, and order information within CRM and company systems
• Assist with inventory coordination, documentation management, and workflow improvements
• Resolve complex customer and order-related issues while maintaining professionalism and adherence to company procedures
• Support internal stakeholders and external partners through effective communication and coordination
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements/Skills:
• Minimum 2 years of industrial inside sales, sales support, customer service, purchasing support, or order management experience
• Experience supporting industrial distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain environments required
• Industry experience with abrasives, sandblasting equipment, blasting media, dust collection systems, air compressors, industrial finishing equipment, or related products strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of quoting, order processing, purchase orders, and customer account support
• Experience coordinating with vendors, logistics providers, and cross-functional teams
• Ability to understand technical product specifications and communicate product information to customers
• Proficiency with CRM systems, ERP systems, order management software, and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to resolve customer issues while maintaining service standards and compliance with company procedures
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
• Experience mentoring or training team members is a plus
