TITLE: Wash Line Technician B

POSITION OBJECTIVE: Monitor fully automated processing lines

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Positive attitude and engaged in your work
• Open and adaptable to daily feedback on performance
• Able to plan, prioritize and organize multiple tasks
• Reliable, consistent attendance, punctual, and dependable
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

Preferred

• Previous experience working in manufacturing or industrial setting
• Mechanical, equipment and process knowledge
• Forklift, health & amp; safety and first aid certificate

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform frequent quality checks on products
• Participate in continuous quality improvement projects
• Assist with some mechanical repairs
• Maintain work area to acceptable safety and housekeeping standards
• Notify the shift leader or management with any equipment related issues
• Assist in the training of new operators

WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION:

• Plant environment

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION:

• Some stair climbing, lifting 25 pounds or more
