What You'll Do

As a Guest Service Representative, you'll be the first and last impression of the hotel - the "face" of our property. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Warmly welcoming and checking in guests according to Marriott standards
  • Answering calls with professionalism (within 3 rings!)
  • Handling guest requests, complaints, and special needs with confidence and care
  • Managing room assignments, availability, and group activities
  • Processing accurate check-outs and payments
  • Balancing your cash bank and keeping it secure
  • Communicating effectively with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Generating and distributing daily reports
  • Following all policies for payment, credit, and cash handling
  • And, of course, other duties as assigned - no two days are ever the same!
