Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Phoenix. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets, who is CPR certified and who has college degree. Some one with experience with autism and is flexible with time. The time frame we would need assistance is at 5am-10 a.m. Our child goes to therapy at 10 a.m. so a reliable and safe vehicle is needed. It would be every Monday morning and every other Thursday morning
