• Schedule: Night Shift | 3 x 12-Hour Shifts per Week
• Compensation: $29.16 - $41.57 per Hour (Based on Experience) + benefits
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join its Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) team. This position provides direct patient care to residents while working collaboratively with Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional care and positive patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to residents utilizing the nursing process.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions and responses to treatment.
• Communicate changes in resident status to the supervising Registered Nurse and healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation.
• Provide compassionate care while promoting resident safety and dignity.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support individualized care plans.
• May serve in a Charge Nurse capacity within the Skilled Nursing Facility under RN supervision.
• Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) License.
• Graduate of an approved LVN program.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Minimum one (1) year of LVN experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
