Looking for a hands-on manufacturing job with steady hours and visible results? A growing company in the Morton, IL area is hiring a Grinder / Deburring Technician to help finish machined parts to meet quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Remove burrs, rough edges, and excess material from machined parts using grinders, sanders, files, and hand tools

• Smooth and finish surfaces to meet customer specifications and quality standards

• Inspect parts for defects, sharp edges, and blueprint/work instruction compliance

• Safely operate grinding and deburring equipment

• Maintain quality and production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

What We’re Looking For:

• 1 year of grinding, deburring, manufacturing, or production experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail

• Comfortable working with hand tools and repetitive tasks

• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a physically active environment

• Reliable transportation (occasional travel to a nearby Morton location may be required)
