Job Title: Warehouse Associate / Packager

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM ($18.50/hr)

2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM ($19.50/hr)

Position Overview

Join a high-performing production team where your work directly impacts product quality and customer satisfaction. As a Warehouse Associate / Packager, you will play a critical role in filling, labeling, packaging, and palletizing grease products to precise specifications. You’ll operate and adjust equipment, follow detailed work instructions, and ensure every product leaving the line meets strict quality standards.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and values safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and adjust filling and dispensing equipment, including valves, scales, and control systems
  • Prepare containers by cleaning, labeling, and verifying specifications prior to filling
  • Fill, seal, and package products ranging from 50 lb units to 400 lb drums
  • Palletize finished goods safely and efficiently for storage and shipment
  • Follow work orders, fill sheets, and written specifications to ensure accuracy
  • Calibrate and verify measurement equipment to maintain precise fill levels
  • Monitor equipment performance and report mechanical or safety concerns promptly
  • Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and proper labeling
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and PPE requirements in a high-heat environment
  • Document production data including counts, weights, and lot tracking information
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
  • Rotate between workstations to support workflow and production demands

What You Bring

  • Experience operating filling, packaging, or dispensing equipment
  • Strong packaging and palletizing skills across varying container sizes
  • Ability to read and follow detailed written instructions and work orders
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting awareness
  • Strong math skills for measurements, weights, and accuracy
  • Commitment to safety standards and procedures
  • Attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English
  • Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to support different tasks
  • Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle heavy drums
  • Comfort standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods
  • Ability to work in a high-temperature industrial environment

Preferred Experience

  • Warehouse or production environment experience
  • Inventory handling or control processes
  • RF scanner experience
  • Knowledge of palletizing and material handling best practices
  • Exposure to manufacturing quality checks and packaging operations

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.50/hr.
