We are seeking a talented and motivated AM Sous Chef to join a premier private club culinary team. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with exceptional ingredients, including fresh herbs and vegetables from our on-site garden, while creating memorable dining experiences for an appreciative membership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor kitchen staff while fostering a positive and professional work environment.
  • Oversee all breakfast and lunch à la carte operations.
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, presentation, and adherence to established recipes.
  • Assist with menu planning, inventory management, food cost controls, and purchasing.
  • Maintain the highest standards of sanitation, safety, and kitchen organization.
  • Expedite service during peak periods and support banquet operations as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with culinary and front-of-house leadership teams.
Qualifications
  • Previous Sous Chef or culinary leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Passion for training, mentoring, and developing team members.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
