Mobile X-Ray Technologist | Flexible Schedule | $35/hr + Benefits

We are seeking experienced and motivated Mobile Radiologic Technologists to join a leading national provider of diagnostic imaging services. This position offers the opportunity to work independently while providing portable bedside X-Ray services across a variety of healthcare settings, including skilled nursing facilities, long-term care centers, home health environments, and correctional facilities throughout the Richmond area.

Schedule Information:

• Flexible full-time scheduling is available with opportunities for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Weekend and on-call coverage may be required based on patient volume and operational needs.
• Overtime opportunities are available.
• Specific on-call expectations will be discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Perform portable digital X-Ray exams using DR/CR imaging equipment
• Transport imaging equipment into healthcare facilities and patient care environments
• Obtain clinically diagnostic and technically competent radiographic images
• Submit/transmit images to radiologists for interpretation
• Perform EKGs when required
• Complete exam documentation and billing paperwork daily
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and healthcare staff
• Maintain company vehicle and imaging equipment
• Provide compassionate and professional patient care in mobile settings

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay: $35.00/hour (Based on Experience)

Requirements

• Candidates must possess active ARRT certification and an active Virginia Radiologic Technologist license *Limited licenses will not be considered.
• Applicants must reside within 30 minutes of Richmond, Virginia, and possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• The ability to push, pull, and maneuver portable imaging equipment weighing up to 50–100 pounds with assistance devices is required.
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption documentation is also required.
