Location: Northwest Dallas, TX (Diagnostic Laboratory)
Position Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Shifts: Multiple 1st & 2nd Shifts Available (4 or 5-day work weeks) Position Highlights

Job Overview
Diagnostic company seeking motivated Medical Laboratory Scientists to join a premier diagnostic lab team in Northwest Dallas. In this role, you will play a vital part in laboratory operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and integrity while delivering accurate results for patient care.
Note on Training: Training will be conducted on day shifts. Upon successful completion, you will transition to your assigned permanent shift.Key Responsibilities
  • Testing & Analysis: Perform specimen handling, processing, testing, and reporting of patient results in strict accordance with approved laboratory procedures.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and release test results accurately and efficiently; maintain records demonstrating proficiency testing.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues affecting test performance or result reporting.
  • Compliance: Follow established laboratory policies when test systems fall outside acceptable performance levels; adhere strictly to CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA, and safety guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Communicate technical or operational issues to senior technologists or supervisors promptly.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education: BS/BA degree in Chemistry, Biology, Medical Laboratory Technology, or a related scientific discipline (College transcripts will be required).
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of clinical laboratory experience analyzing patient specimens is required.
  • Preferred Skills: Experience with LC-MS or ICP-MS is a strong plus.
