Nursery Laborer Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift

• Prepare and process plant cuttings while assisting with daily nursery operations.
• Pull, organize, label, and stage plant orders accurately for customers.
• Water, inspect, and care for plants to maintain quality and health standards.
• Load, unload, and move trays, carts, and racks throughout the nursery.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while meeting daily production goals.

Nursery Laborer Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform frequent bending, walking, and standing throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat, humidity, and varying weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• No prior nursery experience or high school diploma required; training is provided.
