Key Responsibilities:

• Operate diagnostic imaging equipment, including X-ray, MRI, and CT scanners, to produce quality images for physician interpretation
• Prepare and position patients, ensuring optimal imaging and patient comfort
• Maintain patient safety by adhering to established protocols, privacy regulations, and infection control standards
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare staff to assure accurate and timely diagnostic procedures
• Document imaging procedures and maintain accurate patient records
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment for proper operation
• Provide compassionate, professional care while delivering clear instructions to patients

Desired Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification, or eligibility
• State licensure (if required)
• Previous experience in a hospital or clinical imaging environment
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to new environments and integrate quickly with multidisciplinary teams
