Express Employment has partnered with a growing manufacturing company, is seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Inventory Clerk to support maintenance operations by managing inventory, parts, supplies, and maintenance-related administrative processes. This role is critical in ensuring maintenance technicians have the necessary materials and equipment available to minimize downtime and maintain efficient production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and track maintenance requests through the CMMS system, ensuring timely completion and follow-up.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities with internal technicians and external vendors.
• Assist in scheduling maintenance work and communicating priorities to the maintenance team.
• Generate purchase orders and coordinate procurement of maintenance supplies.
• Serve as a point of contact for maintenance-related inquiries from employees and vendors.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Frequent interaction with maintenance technicians, production personnel, vendors, and leadership.
