Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active state license or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist
  • Previous experience in a school-based OT setting strongly preferred
  • Confidence working with a diverse K-12 caseload
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
  • Commitment to evidence-based therapy and individualized student care

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students across all grade levels
  • Collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, and families to develop and implement appropriate therapeutic goals and strategies
  • Conduct assessments, interpret data, and help shape individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide engaging therapy that promotes student independence and school participation
  • Document progress, interventions, and maintain required records
  • Help facilitate a smooth transition for the district to a full-time, in-person OT support model
