Customer Service Representative

We are looking for dependable Customer Service Representatives to support a busy retail environment in Wells, Maine. This Contract opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping shoppers, maintaining organized sales floors, and handling transactions accurately. The role is fully onsite and candidates should be comfortable with flexible scheduling, including weekend availability as part of a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers, answer questions, and provide attentive service that creates a positive in-store experience.

• Process purchases, returns, and other point-of-sale transactions with accuracy while balancing cash responsibly.

• Replenish merchandise on shelves and sales displays to keep products accessible, neat, and properly presented.

• Monitor stock levels and assist with basic inventory activities to support daily store operations.

• Respond to customer inquiries in person and by phone, offering clear and helpful information.

• Support day-to-day store needs across two nearby onsite locations as business demands require.

• Help maintain a clean, orderly, and well-stocked retail space that reflects company standards.

• Previous experience in customer service or a retail-facing position is preferred.

• Ability to deliver courteous, attentive service in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience handling cash and completing transactions with strong attention to detail.

• Comfortable stocking merchandise and assisting with routine inventory tasks.

• Availability to work permanent or part-time hours, including weekends on a rotating basis.

• Strong communication skills for assisting customers in person and over the phone.
