CNC Machine Operator

What You’ll Do

• Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications
• Load, unload, and package materials for production
• Read and interpret blueprints and job instructions
• Measure and inspect parts using appropriate tools
• Track and record production data accurately
• Monitor machine performance and report issues
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

What You Bring

Required:

• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or machine operation
• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods

Preferred:

• Experience with CNC equipment (lathe, mill, etc.)
• Familiarity with calipers or precision measurement tools
• Experience in production, fabrication, or machining

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farley, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $26.00/hr.
