Seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Office Assistant to work with one of our partner companies. This role blends front office management, administrative duties, customer service, and vendor management. The role also supports the executive/leadership team by acting as the front-facing ambassador that keeps the office running smoothly, professionally and hospitably. Must be computer savvy and able to assist with marketing support.
Temp to Hire Opportunity

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Complete daily data entry tasks and maintain daily, weekly & monthly reports
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties
  • Generate memos, forms and reports
  • Administrative duties for this position include faxing, copying, making phone calls, scanning, and entering extensive data in the office's computer system
  • Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work cooperatively with others and deal respectfully with the public, customers, vendors, managers, and the executive team
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree, preferred
  • 3-5 years of related work experience
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Solid understanding of quality customer service and executive assistant roles.
  • Highly motivated self-starter that is adept at taking initiative
  • Must be able to pass onboarding assessments and prescreening checks
  • Must be tech savvy and attentive to detail
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word preferred
  • Sage accounting software experience, a plus
