Family Medicine Physician
Los Angeles, California
We are seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join a high-volume, mission-driven outpatient clinic in Los Angeles. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who values continuity of care, building lasting patient relationships, and serving a diverse community in a collaborative practice environment. Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians.
Compensation- $285,000–$335,000 based on experience
- Potential sign-on bonus
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Two Saturdays per month
- Weekday off provided during any week a Saturday is worked
- Dedicated admin day every other week (non-patient facing)
- Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturdays: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients across the lifespan
- Perform physical exams, evaluations, and preventive care visits
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR
- Coordinate care with clinical teams and support staff
- Supervise up to four NP/PAs with clinical collaboration and oversight
- Serve as a trusted provider for patients and families
- MD or DO
- Completion of Family Medicine residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Active California license or ability to obtain
- Spanish bilingual preferred
