Family Medicine Physician

We are seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join a high-volume, mission-driven outpatient clinic in Los Angeles. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who values continuity of care, building lasting patient relationships, and serving a diverse community in a collaborative practice environment. Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians.

Compensation

• $285,000–$335,000 based on experience
• Potential sign-on bonus

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

• Monday–Friday schedule
• Two Saturdays per month
• Weekday off provided during any week a Saturday is worked
• Dedicated admin day every other week (non-patient facing)

Clinic Hours

• Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturdays: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients across the lifespan
• Perform physical exams, evaluations, and preventive care visits
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR
• Coordinate care with clinical teams and support staff
• Supervise up to four NP/PAs with clinical collaboration and oversight
• Serve as a trusted provider for patients and families

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Completion of Family Medicine residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Active California license or ability to obtain
• Spanish bilingual preferred
