Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team in our Jacksonville area. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate order processing, and strong communication between customers, warehouse staff, and office teams. The ideal candidate is detailoriented, independent, and thrives in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing — Manage all incoming and outgoing orders, including Ecommerce transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Customer Support — Handle customer inquiries professionally while maintaining strong, ongoing relationships.
- Warehouse Coordination — Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Delivery Scheduling — Organize and manage delivery and pickup schedules to meet customer expectations.
- Document Review — Review and interpret pick tickets, purchase orders, and bills of lading.
- Inventory Management — Maintain accurate inventory records and understand inventory flow throughout the operation.
- Deadline Management — Stay on top of daily deadlines and assist with special projects as needed.
- Email FollowUp — Ensure all emails and assigned tasks are followed up on and completed each day.
- TMS Usage — Learn and utilize our Transportation Management System (training provided).
- Microsoft Office — Use Microsoft Excel and Outlook confidently for daily tasks.
