Pay Rate: USD 21.00 – 23.00 per hour
Job Description: The A&T Technician will work within a team-based manufacturing environment performing hydraulic assembly, electrical component assembly, testing, and process-based operations on complex hydraulic components, assemblies, and systems used in new production and repair/overhaul activities. The role involves using mechanical and electronic measurement equipment, specialized fixtures, tooling, gauging, and torque tools to meet build specifications. Responsibilities include working from drawings, work instructions, and parts lists while providing detailed documentation of performance results and operational issues. The technician will also set up and conduct operational testing of finished products using high-precision test stands and hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic test equipment. The role requires diagnosing test failures, assessing hardware conditions, and recommending rework or configuration changes.
The position also includes production administration duties to support daily team operations. The candidate must demonstrate accountability, a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, positive attitude, and ability to contribute effectively in a team environment. Occasional travel to customer sites or other Moog locations may be required, along with potential off-shift work to meet delivery schedules.
Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent with 5 years of related technical experience, or 3 years of directly related experience.
