Hospitality General Manager Qualifications & Requirements:

• 5+ years of a titled General Manager position in the full-service casual/upscale restaurant or eatertainment industry
• Banquet and full-service F&B experience
• High energy and charismatic personality
• Experience overseeing $7M+ revenue/year
• Experience leading 60+ employees in one location
• Experience with training and developing teams
• Passion for being hands-on and providing supportive leadership
• Experience with P&L, forecasting, budgeting and analysis
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and guest-focused charisma

Hospitality General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

• Solid tenure and proven loyalty to past employers
• Bartending experience in the past
• Technology-savvy, including inventory tracking software
• Local networking and revenue building experience
