CVOR RN | Full-Time Days | 3x12s | No Weekends

Schedule

• Full-time
• Days
• No weekends (regular schedule)
• 10-hour shifts (4 days/week) or
• 12-hour shifts (3 days/week)
• Operating hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation

• Base pay: $38.03–$57.05/hour (based on experience)
• On-call pay: $5/hour
• Relocation assistance: Case-by-case
• Sign-on bonus: Case-by-case

Requirements

Required

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Active Texas RN license or Multi-State Compact RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• At least 1 year of CVOR RN experience in an acute care setting

Preferred

• BSN
• CNOR certification

Alternative Experience Path

• Experienced OR nurses with 3+ years of operating room experience may be considered and cross-trained into CVOR.

Call Requirements

• 1 weekend per month
• 3–4 weekdays per month
• Must live within approximately 30 minutes of the facility

CVOR Program Highlights

• 3 operating rooms:
• • 2 cardiovascular rooms
  • 1 hybrid vascular room
• 1:1 staffing model
• Typically 2–4 heart surgeries per day
• More than 400 open-heart procedures annually
