Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Electrician

Location: Manchester, NH
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Shift: 2nd Shift, 2:45 PM – 10:45 PM
Pay Rate: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Electrician to join a growing manufacturing team in Manchester, NH. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a skilled maintenance professional with strong electrical troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving plant equipment and electrical systems to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing machinery, equipment, and electrical systems.
  • Install, wire, and commission new equipment or relocate existing machinery as needed.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical controls, including PLCs, drives, motors, and related components.
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
  • Complete work orders, maintenance logs, and other required documentation accurately.
  • Assist with spare parts inventory management and material ordering.
  • Collaborate with engineers, maintenance personnel, and outside contractors on equipment installations, upgrades, and improvement projects.
  • Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and environmental compliance requirements.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and compliant chemical and waste storage areas.
  • Support emergency maintenance and plant response activities as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Experience troubleshooting PLCs, drives, motors, and industrial control systems.
  • Basic mechanical maintenance and repair skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn maintenance software systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Journeyman Electrician License.
  • Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
