Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Your primary focus will include conducting student evaluations, supporting Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), consulting with educators and families, and promoting a positive and inclusive school environment. As you foster academic and social-emotional success, you’ll develop tailored intervention strategies and provide direct and indirect services to meet students’ unique needs.

Key qualifications and experience:

  • Active Washington School Psychologist certification required
  • Demonstrated experience working in a school setting strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of special education assessment tools and procedures
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
  • Commitment to culturally responsive and equitable practices

Core responsibilities:

  • Administer psychological and educational assessments
  • Participate in eligibility meetings, IEPs, and student support teams
  • Consult with teachers, families, and outside service providers to develop effective interventions
  • Provide crisis support and counseling as needed
  • Contribute to data-driven decision making for student success
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with all regulations
