Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Step into a dynamic opportunity as an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist supporting K-12 students across multiple school sites. This contract role begins August 3, 2026, and extends through May 21, 2027, serving learners in a stimulating educational environment. You’ll collaborate with dedicated staff and families to empower students in developing essential communication skills.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP-CCC certification
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 student populations
- Ability to travel between 1-3 nearby school sites as assigned
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students onsite
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct assessments, write reports, and track student progress
- Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and families
- Participate in IEP and staff meetings as required
- Utilize evidence-based intervention strategies to enhance student success
