• 12‑hour shifts with a consistent 60‑hour workweek
• 48‑hour week every third week
• 60-60-48 hour rotation swing shift schedule : Friday and Saturday (Dayshift), Sunday and Monday (Overnight) with a combination of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday off
• Home daily

This is not typical trucking.

Locomotive fueling is a hands‑on job — 90–95% of the fueling work happens outside the truck sticking tanks, pulling hoses, and operating the fuel nozzle.

Because dispatches can occur at any time during your shift, you must be prepared to work outside in all weather conditions.
