Position: Production & Assembly Specialist

Location: 6540 Franz Warner Pkwy, Whitsett, NC 27377

Shift : 1st Shift- 6 .30am – 3.00 pm ; 2nd Shift: 3.30pm – 12 midnight  (OT required) (Tem Hire)

Payrate: 1st Shift : $17.50/Hr. on W2 

Payrate: 2nd shift : $19.25/hr. on W2

Job Description:

• This role focuses on hands-on assembly, testing, and component handling within the manufacturing environment, requiring strong attention to detail and manual skills.

Primary Focus

• Perform the analysis, repair, and assembly of components and finished products to comply with production schedules and quality standards
• Assemble server components, including motherboards, CPUs, memory modules, storage devices, and power supplies.
• Operate automated and manual tools for installation, fastening, and testing.
• Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
• Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols.
• Log production data and report any defects or process deviations.
• Perform Hardware analysis or test replication to identify the root cause of defects.
• Perform material movements through integrated systems.
• Comply with Quality, Environment, Safety, and Occupational Health Management Systems.

Minimum Requirements

Education: High school diploma or technical certification.

Experience: Less than 1-year relevant experience, with experience in electronics or server hardware assembly preferred.

Skills: Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity; familiarity with ESD-safe handling procedures ; basic computer skills for data entry and equipment interface ; and ability to lift and handle server components safely.
