Schedule: 10-12 hour shifts | Various shifts available (split shifts may be required)
Current Openings: 2:00 AM(Other shifts available)

Position Overview

We are currently seeking dependable, motivated, and team-oriented individuals to join our Cold Storage Warehouse team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong warehouse experience, equipment operation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cold-storage environment. Candidates who demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ/Rider Jacks) and stand-up/high-reach forklifts
• Move, stage, load, and organize product throughout the warehouse
• Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations
• Maintain productivity and accuracy in a cold storage environment
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and company standards
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating EPJs/Rider Jacks and stand-up or high-reach forklifts
• Previous experience working in a cold storage or refrigerated warehouse environment required
• Ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding, fast-paced setting
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
• Flexibility to work extended shifts, weekends, holidays, and schedule changes as needed
• Must successfully pass a drug screen and background check
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic required
