Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for residential properties in Corning, California. This Contract to permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who can balance tenant relations, property performance, and compliance requirements while maintaining a high standard of service. The role requires strong organization, sound judgment, and hands-on experience managing properties in a detail-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
• Direct daily property operations for residential and commercial sites, ensuring buildings, grounds, and shared areas are well maintained.
• Coordinate leasing activities, tenant communication, and occupancy efforts to support stable operations and positive resident and client experiences.
• Monitor rent collections, expenses, and property budgets while helping improve financial performance across assigned locations.
• Arrange repairs, preventative maintenance, and vendor services to keep properties safe, functional, and compliant with standards.
• Support tenant and resident concerns by addressing issues promptly and resolving operational matters in a detail-oriented manner.
• Maintain accurate property records, lease documentation, inspection details, and compliance-related files.
• Oversee adherence to HUD guidelines and other applicable housing or property regulations as required.
• Work closely with ownership, internal teams, and service providers to support efficient property management processes.
• Experience managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties in a detail-oriented setting.• Knowledge of property operations, tenant relations, leasing coordination, and facility oversight.
• Familiarity with HUD requirements and compliance practices related to property management.
• Ability to manage budgets, track expenses, and support rent collection activities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Organized work style with the ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain accurate documentation.
• Proficiency working with vendors, contractors, and property-related service partners.
