LHH seeking resumes of experienced Wills, Trusts & Estates paralegals with a minimum of three years of experience. Candidates with significant estate planning experience will also be highly valued by our clients. (We anticipate many openings for these skillsets in the near future.) These roles will help support the Trusts and Estates team of attorneys, paralegals, and fiduciary accountants in both law firm and corporate legal departments.

Salary range for these roles is anywhere from $70,000 to $95000 depending on candiates experience and credentials.

Qualifications
  1. Responsible for all aspects of estate, trust and probate administration, including maintaining case files, court filings, asset gathering and transfers, and communications with investment advisors and trust companies
  2. Experience in preparing probate documents
  3. Excellent organizational skills, communication skills, the ability to maintain a proactive approach to successfully manage multiple deadlines and priorities, and the ability to conform to established operating procedures, and attention to detail are essential
