Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Make an impact supporting students’ communication growth in a part-time contract role near Ashland, MS. As an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist with your CCC, you’ll work with a manageable caseload of 17 students, dedicating 2-3 hours weekly to delivering essential therapy and interventions.

Desired Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Active state licensure (or eligibility)
- Previous work in educational environments preferred
- Ability to manage a small caseload with high attention to individual student needs
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a caseload of 17 students
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s communication goals
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support holistic student growth
- Maintain timely and accurate records on student progress and services delivered
- Offer insights and recommendations to staff regarding best practices in communication strategies
