  • Oversee payroll processes and maintain user access to Pyxis systems.
  • Act as an accessible resource to pharmacy staff during business hours (M-F, 8am-4:30pm).
  • Complete a 2-week onsite training period prior to maternity leave coverage.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Valid Missouri pharmacy license.

  • Familiarity with Meditech Expanse order entry system is preferred.
  • Exposure to various specialty areas including OB (excluding NICU/high-risk pregnancy), orthopedics, pediatrics (excluding PICU), oncology, cardiology, pulmonology, neurology, behavioral health, endocrinology, podiatry, general surgery, rheumatology, and wound care.

Environment and Team:

  • Hospital inpatient setting with approximately 4.5 pharmacist and 6 technician full-time equivalents.

Schedule:

  • No after-hours on-call responsibilities, though support for pharmacy staff questions is expected during business hours.

This contractual assignment spans 13 weeks and involves stepping into a leadership role during a critical transition period. Candidates with a strong background in inpatient pharmacy management and sterile compounding are encouraged to apply for this pivotal position.
