Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful impact by supporting students in an autism program as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a contract assignment. This role is designed to provide coverage during a maternity leave and offers the opportunity to work closely with a dedicated team near Boston, MA. The position runs from May 11 to June 18 and focuses on delivering high-quality speech and language services to a caseload of 30-40 students.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Active SLP licensure for Massachusetts
  • Previous experience working in school settings, especially with students on the autism spectrum
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet the unique needs of each child

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students in the autism program
  • Deliver speech and language therapy, both individually and in small groups
  • Collaborate closely with special education teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
  • Monitor, evaluate, and adjust interventions to maximize student outcomes during the assignment
