Sales Representative

Parkersburg Mancan is looking for an Outside Sales Representative for a security solutions and printer services company, dedicated to delivering cutting-edge technology to meet the evolving needs of businesses. With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. Pay is $19.23/hr plus commission.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Sales and Business Development:**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the security and printer solutions market.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, and relationship-building activities.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.

2. **Customer Relationship Management:**
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Understand clients' needs and recommend appropriate security and printer solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance overall client satisfaction.

3. **Product Knowledge:**
- Stay informed about the latest security technologies and printer solutions in the market.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively address client inquiries.

4. **Driving and Travel:**
- Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a reliable vehicle for travel to client sites and meetings.
- Travel to assigned territories to meet with potential clients and attend industry events.

5. **Reporting:**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including sales calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and achievements.

**Qualifications:**

1. **Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

2. **Experience:**
- Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the security or printer industry.
- Previous experience with printer solutions and technology.

3. **Skills:**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software for effective pipeline management.

4. **Requirements:**
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Flexibility for regular travel within the assigned territory.
