Job Description
We are looking for a bilingual recruiting specialist to support hiring efforts for a manufacturing operation in Sleepy Eye, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract position will lead end-to-end recruitment activities for farm live operations, Animal Care Technician roles, and select international leadership recruitment needs. The ideal candidate will help expand the local talent pipeline while delivering a high-quality candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned openings, from sourcing and screening through offer coordination and onboarding support.
• Conduct a high volume of weekly interviews for operational and specialized positions while maintaining hiring timelines and quality standards.
• Partner with hiring teams to recruit for farm live operations roles, Animal Care Technician positions, and international leadership opportunities.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process by explaining employment details, relocation or housing considerations, and next-step expectations.
• Review candidate qualifications for roles requiring degrees or specialized credentials and coordinate the appropriate approval and recruitment steps.
• Support new employee onboarding activities, including organizing and leading orientation sessions for incoming employees.
• Build stronger local candidate pipelines to increase community-based recruitment and create a more balanced workforce mix.
• Coordinate recruitment activity across operations in multiple states and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the process.
• Track candidate progress in applicant tracking and related systems, and help navigate manual processes or evolving recruiting workflows as needed.• At least 3 years of recruiting experience, including ownership of the full hiring lifecycle.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate clearly with diverse candidate populations.
• Proven background in sourcing and recruiting for high-volume or hard-to-fill positions.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting technologies to manage candidate activity.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate qualifications efficiently.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding steps.
