Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Quincy
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday

About the Position
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Quincy, California. The ideal candidate will assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for individuals with speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing evaluations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide direct therapy services to patients/clients of varying ages and needs.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with physicians, educators, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and families regarding communication and swallowing disorders.
Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
Qualifications
Required
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current California Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred or eligible to obtain.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred
Previous experience in a clinical, educational, or healthcare setting.
Experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations.
Knowledge of current evidence-based therapy practices.
