Job Description
· Lead and oversee the quality function for the entire organization, driving a culture of excellence
· Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality programs and processes company-wide
· Champion and maintain the ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality management systems within an aerospace and defense manufacturing environment
· Direct and manage a team of 2 Quality Engineers, 5 Quality Technicians, and 1 Quality Coordinator
Key Requirements
· Demonstrated leadership experience in aerospace quality management
· BS degree is preferred
