Job Description
A well-established senior living community is seeking an experienced Licensed Administrator to oversee daily operations and lead a dedicated team committed to providing exceptional care and service to older adults.
Responsibilities:
- Provide overall operational leadership for the community and its departments
- Foster a positive environment focused on resident satisfaction and quality service
- Ensure compliance with all applicable state regulations and company policies
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and operational goals
- Support occupancy growth through collaboration with sales and marketing efforts
- Recruit, develop, and retain team members across all departments
- Oversee building operations and maintenance to maintain high community standards
Qualifications:
- Previous leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related field required
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Active Nevada Administrator’s License required
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple departments and priorities effectively
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
