Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting early learners as a speech-language professional for the 2026-2027 school year. Located near the West New Mexico border, you’ll make a difference each day as you work onsite with students aged 3 through 1st grade at a dedicated early childhood campus. This assignment provides the chance to collaborate with supportive staff, gain valuable experience, and help each student reach their highest potential.

Professionals holding their SLP-CCC, those completing their CFY, and experienced SLPAs are encouraged to apply. Comprehensive supervision is available for Clinical Fellows, ensuring a nurturing environment for early career growth.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active or eligible licensure as an SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA
  • Recent experience in a school or pediatric setting is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for fostering growth in young learners of varying backgrounds and abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy and interventions for ECSE and early elementary students
  • Focus on a range of needs including articulation, language, and pragmatic skills (no AAC cases)
  • Conduct assessments and collaborate with a dynamic special education team
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to the development of student IEPs
  • Engage with families and educators to support student communication success
