Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Research Communicator for a contract, temporary-to-permanent opportunity in Buffalo, NY. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys speaking with people, asking structured questions, and accurately capturing information in a professional call center environment.
As a Customer Service Research Communicator, you will make outbound calls to customers, prospects, or survey participants, conduct phone interviews, and document responses with accuracy and care. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule, clear expectations, and a supportive team environment designed to help communicators succeed.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound customer service and research calls to customers, prospects, or survey participants.
- Conduct structured phone interviews and guide participants through survey questions.
- Capture, enter, and document customer responses accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and positive phone presence during every interaction.
- Follow call scripts, structured questions, and internal processes to support consistent data collection.
- Assist with additional customer outreach, administrative, or call center tasks as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: $18 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Job Type: Contract/Temporary.
- Status: Temporary-to-permanent.
- Location: Buffalo, NY.
