VP/Director of Finance

We are looking for an experienced finance leader to guide strategic planning, oversee core accounting operations, and strengthen the organization’s overall financial performance. This role is ideal for someone who can balance high-level financial direction with hands-on oversight of reporting, forecasting, and budgeting activities. The successful candidate will partner with executive leadership to support sound decision-making, improve financial visibility, and maintain disciplined fiscal management across the business.

• 7+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or corporate financial leadership roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in annual budgeting, financial planning, and budget management.
• Strong background managing month-end close and producing accurate financial statements and reports.
• Experience building cash flow forecasts and using financial data to guide business decisions.
• Proven ability to improve finance processes and establish effective reporting practices.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced credentials are a plus.
