What You’ll Do

You’ll support daily fulfillment operations by packing, shipping, and verifying products with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.

• Pack customer orders following transfer orders and work instructions
• Ship parcels and freight using designated shipping systems
• Verify product accuracy throughout the packing and shipping process
• Pick products from inventory locations as needed
• Replenish materials and supplies to maintain workflow efficiency
• Maintain clean and organized work areas following LEAN 5S standards
• Meet productivity and accuracy KPIs
• Collaborate with warehouse and fulfillment team members
• Support overtime or extended hours during peak business needs

What You Bring

• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Comfort working in a warehouse or fulfillment environment
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn shipping systems
• Willingness to follow SOPs, quality requirements, and safety guidelines
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Nice‑to‑Have Skills (Not Required)

• Previous packing, shipping, or warehouse experience
• Experience with SAP or RF scanning systems
• Familiarity with inventory control processes
• Experience handling electronics or regulated products
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment

Work Environment

• Clean, organized manufacturing and fulfillment facility
• Dedicated testing and repair areas within the building
• Mix of hands‑on packing, light logistics, and technical support tasks
• Collaborative team environment with direct training and support
• Work involves standing, bending, and occasional lifting
• High standards for safety, quality, and documentation

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Buffalo, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
