About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong Senior Quality Engineer to lead quality strategy, compliance, failure analysis, and supplier quality initiatives. This is a high-impact role requiring both hands-on lab expertise and cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Suppliers, and Customers.

You will drive quality standards, regulatory compliance, testing improvements, and corrective actions to ensure products exceed industry and customer expectations.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Quality & Compliance
  • Ensure full compliance with RoHS, REACH, and Conflict Minerals regulations
  • Align internal standards with customer requirements

  • Improve and oversee testing processes including DVT, HALT, and Reliability testing

  • Analyze quality KPIs and drive corrective actions and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)

Product & Process Excellence
  • Lead Customer Failure Analysis and Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs)

  • Improve product quality through specification analysis and portfolio optimization

  • Establish and maintain testing documentation and procedural controls

  • Support metrology and reliability testing standards

Leadership & Supplier Management
  • Train and mentor staff on testing procedures and quality methods

  • Evaluate and collaborate with global suppliers to resolve defects at the source

  • Drive cross-functional quality initiatives from concept to validation

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field

  • 5+ years of experience in Senior Quality or Process Engineering

  • Electronics industry experience required; display (LCD/OLED/TFT) experience preferred

  • Strong ability to read/write schematics and technical specifications

  • Expertise in Failure Analysis, Metrology, HALT/HASS, and Reliability Testing

  • Deep knowledge of RoHS, REACH, and Conflict Minerals compliance

  • Experience with SCARs and ECO implementation

  • Proficiency in Minitab, JMP, or similar data analysis tools

  • Experience with SolidWorks or AutoCAD

  • Strong written and technical communication skills

Compensation & Benefits
  • $90,000 - $110,000 salary
