Company Description
Diversified Sourcing Solutions is looking for reach truck operators for our client in South Houston. The Reach Truck Operators are responsible for safely operating a reach truck to move, stack, and organize materials within a warehouse environment. This role supports daily order picking, inventory handling, and material movement while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.
Essential Duties
- Reach truck operation — maneuvering pallets in racking systems, highbay storage, and tight aisles
- Order picking & staging — pulling product, preparing orders, and staging for shipment
- Loading & unloading — assisting with inbound/outbound freight
- RF scanner use — scanning, tracking, and updating inventory
- Pallet movement — transporting materials using reach truck and pallet jacks
- Stocking & replenishment — placing product into assigned locations
- Safety compliance — following OSHA and facility safety procedures
Qualifications
- Experience operating a reach truck in warehouse or distribution settings
- Ability to read labels, pick tickets, and follow inventory procedures
- Comfortable working at heights and navigating narrow aisles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required
Physical Requirements
- Standing, lifting, bending, and operating equipment throughout the shift
- Ability to handle pallets, boxes, and materials up to facility weight limits
COMPENSATION- $18-$19
