Schedule:
• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 40 Hours Per Week

Compensation:
• $39.78 - $59.68/hour
• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
• $10,000 Relocation Assistance

Position Overview

An exciting opportunity is available for a Physical Therapist to join a growing rehabilitation team. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Establish measurable functional goals and monitor progress.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation interventions.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to Physical Therapist Assistants and support staff as appropriate.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

Qualifications

Required:
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Oklahoma Physical Therapist License or Temporary Authorization.

Experience:
• New Graduates Welcome.
• 0-6 months experience accepted.
