Comprehensive Ophthalmology Opportunity, Montgomery, Alabama, Private Practice, 550K Starting Salary
Join a well-established physician-owned practice in Montgomery- the group serves Alabama and the Gulf region. With minimal local competition and an upcoming retirement, you have a clear path to premium earnings and efficient OR time.
Practice Setting:
- Established, turnkey practice with a strong referral base
- Comprehensive ophthalmology - majority cataracts, some glaucoma, and some medical retina, if interested
- Physician-owned organization that is physician-led and physician-centric
- Up to 2 days in surgery each week
- Immediate high-volume opportunity: 800+ cataract cases per year anticipated
- 2 dedicated scribes per physician, never touch your computer
Compensation & Benefits:
- 550,000 starting salary guaranteed
- 75,000 signing bonus
