Job Description
Now Hiring Machine Operator/Manufacturing Associate! In this energetic role, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting the assembly and fabrication of high-quality products.
Location: Lewisville, TX 75057
Pay: $16/hour (with overtime available)
Schedule:
Monday: Thursday 6 am- 3:30 pm
Friday: 6 am- 11 am
Overtime as needed
We are currently seeking a Machine Operator / Manufacturing Associate to join our growing team! In this energetic role, you will play a key part in the production process, supporting the assembly and fabrication of high-quality products.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with product assembly using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment
Set up and organize workstations to maintain steady production flow
Perform routine inspections on equipment and materials; report issues promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production floor and warehouse
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed
Previous manufacturing or factory experience preferred
Mechanical knowledge or assembly line experience is a plus
Experience using hand tools and power tools
Warehouse experience (inventory, shipping/receiving, material handling) is a plus
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects throughout the shift
Must pass a background check
Must pass a drug test
Attention to detail
Basic Math, and reading blueprint, and reading a tape measure.
Consistent full-time schedule with overtime opportunities
